One on One Male Life Coach

One-on-One Coaching

Is One-on-One Coaching for Me?

The question is, how can you transform your current self into the joyful and fulfilled man you want to be? It happens with a conversation. I’m Wayne M. Levine. As a one on one male life coach, I can help you identify potential areas of improvement and offer advice on how to take action in your life.

As a one-on-one male life coach, I’ve built a living on having conversations. That’s the foundation of my one-on-one coaching method: you and I will have a conversation.

Start Your Journey

At the beginning, you’ll have so much to tell me, you’ll fear that you’re rambling, and you won’t be trusting either of us to help you sort things out. But then, that’ll change. Sometimes, it changes in our first session.

And then the conversation begins to evolve. Over time, you’ll feel more comfortable telling me things you may have never shared before. That trust allows us to go deeper and get clearer. It also enables me to give you the guidance necessary to make the changes you want to see happen in your life.

I wrote in my book (Hold On to Your N.U.T.s—The Relationship Manual for Men) about the father wound; not having a father or not having had the father we needed, wanted, or believed we needed or wanted. This can leave a gaping hole in our emotional bodies and affect our emotional development for the rest of our lives.

Fathering, in this context, doesn’t necessarily mean a biological relationship. Many of us can continue to benefit from the caring, honest feedback of a “dad,” even if that dad isn’t our birth father. Our emotional and energetic bodies don’t make the distinction. When we hear wisdom that resonates with us, we can feel its power. Feeling that, and letting that masculine wisdom settle in, allows us to develop trust with the man offering the wisdom. It also allows each of us men to trust our own inner wisdom.

When you meet with a one on one male life coach, that father energy permeates the work. It allows men to learn lessons they may have never learned from their own fathers. It gives men an opportunity to emulate the “best practices” of other men. And, ultimately, it allows men to gain new perspectives and build better behaviors as they begin to more successfully navigate their relationships, careers, life transitions, and spiritual journeys.

With Wayne’s leadership, guidance, and sharing his real-life experiences, he’s helped me make my life better. I wouldn’t be this far along in my personal and business life if it wasn’t for the work that was encouraged by Wayne and the men of the BetterMen community. Wayne, simply put, I love you. My family and friends all love you because you showed me how to be a better husband, father, brother, and son. You showed me a path of spirituality. Today, I choose to live a life with gratitude, compassion, and self-care. Thank you, my brother.

If you’re going to pay to talk to someone...

…(which is worth every damn penny when it is someone like Wayne) you want to make sure the person is adept at understanding what you need in the given moment to really help shift your mindset and attitude for the better. Wayne does this so well. He gets you. And he’s onto it sometimes before you even say it, which cuts the fluff and saves your valuable time with him. Experienced. Wise. Kind. Present. No nonsense and loving. What’s not to like in having someone like that be your coach? Wayne is not your flashy “influencer” coach and therapist. He is the real deal. That’s who you want to talk to if you want to improve your life, relationships, and professional path. He’s got no agenda except to faithfully support you.

Wayne Levine is quite an impressive coach.

He is insightful, brilliant, and also shoots straight from the hip. He has helped me through not just a few jams of my own making. My favorite part of his counsel is that it really helps call me on my own bullshit, helps me see where I am part of the problem, and it is always said in a way that helps me see and change those things that maybe served me as a child, but that are no longer needed. He’s part mentor, part friend, with just a sprinkle of ornery to help get under my skin when I need it.  It should also be highlighted: he’s one of the smartest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know.

Instead, you can have a real conversation with him, as I have for almost two years now in dealing with issues in my life. No doubt, Wayne listens well and knows his stuff, but he also gives it to you straight—or at least helps you cut through your own crap and get clarity about what matters to you. Wayne has provided invaluable support and practical advice on my journey to becoming a better man.

Wayne has been helpful in getting me out of my head...

… when it comes to how I look at the dynamics of my own life, relationships, and work. Sometimes men can perceive life situations as insurmountable problems. I sure do. We need someone intuitive and wise to help us see the more helpful and expansive perspectives available to us. Wayne makes it simple, because it is quite simple. But it takes help to realize that! Thanks, Wayne.
