Soon, you’ll receive an email packet with all the information you’ll need.

For now, as you’re making your travel plans, try to arrive in Portland OR, sometime in the afternoon of September 4 so you can arrive at the site as soon as possible, and don’t schedule a flight any earlier than 3:30pm on Sunday, September 7.

We will be creating a GroupMe chat so that all participants can coordinate carpooling and other travel needs. Download the free app to your phone. When the group is created, you will be notified by BetterMen, and will then be able to message.

Fees and Deadlines:

If paid by July 4: $1,750 –  food, lodging and program (meals beginning with dinner on Thursday and ending with breakfast on Sunday)

If paid July 5 – July 25: $1,900

If paid after July 25: $2,100

You may choose paying in full or paying a deposit of 50%. If you pay a deposit, you will receive an email with a new link to pay the balance by August 15.
