He doesn’t sit back on a couch and lob questions in some kind of one-sided way. Instead, you can have a real conversation with him, as I have for almost two years now in dealing with issues in my life. No doubt, Wayne listens well and knows his stuff, but he also gives it to you straight—or at least helps you cut through your own crap and get clarity about what matters to you. Wayne has provided invaluable support and practical advice on my journey to becoming a better man.

I credit him with helping me achieve multiple breakthroughs over my years of consistently working with him. My wife and family agree that my on-going work with Wayne has made me a better man. If you need to make a change or move the ball in your relationships, work, or life, don’t hesitate, don’t delay, don’t put off what will start your revolution.

He is insightful, brilliant, and also shoots straight from the hip. He has helped me through not just a few jams of my own making. My favorite part of his counsel is that it really helps call me on my own bullshit, helps me see where I am part of the problem, and it is always said in a way that helps me see and change those things that maybe served me as a child, but that are no longer needed. He’s part mentor, part friend, with just a sprinkle of ornery to help get under my skin when I need it.  It should also be highlighted: he’s one of the smartest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know.

With Wayne’s leadership, guidance, and sharing his real-life experiences, he’s helped me make my life better. I wouldn’t be this far along in my personal and business life if it wasn’t for the work that was encouraged by Wayne and the men of the BetterMen community. Wayne, simply put, I love you. My family and friends all love you because you showed me how to be a better husband, father, brother, and son. You showed me a path of spirituality. Today, I choose to live a life with gratitude, compassion, and self-care. Thank you, my brother.

Wayne does this so well. He gets you. And he’s onto it sometimes before you even say it, which cuts the fluff and saves your valuable time with him. Experienced. Wise. Kind. Present. No nonsense and loving. What’s not to like in having someone like that be your coach? Wayne is not your flashy “influencer” coach and therapist. He is the real deal. That’s who you want to talk to if you want to improve your life, relationships, and professional path. He’s got no agenda except to faithfully support you.

… when it comes to how I look at the dynamics of my own life, relationships, and work. Sometimes men can perceive life situations as insurmountable problems. I sure do. We need someone intuitive and wise to help us see the more helpful and expansive perspectives available to us. Wayne makes it simple, because it is quite simple. But it takes help to realize that! With his help and guidance, I was able to move through that time positively and set myself up for a great life post crisis.
