Hold On to Your N.U.T.s. That’s right. A few years back I wrote a book called Hold On to Your N.U.T.s: The Relationship Manual for Men. N.U.T.s stands for Non-Negotiable Unalterable Terms. Non-Negotiable Unalterable Terms.
These are the things that a man is committed to, the things that define a man, and the things which, if compromised, will turn a guy into an angry dude, unhappy, probably miserable to be around, and not the best father, husband, brother or colleague he can be.
A man really needs to be clear about his Non-Negotiable Unalterable Terms. He needs to understand what he’s about. Then he can be on his way to becoming the best version of himself.
