Welcome to BetterMen Coaching

July 28, 2015

Welcome to BetterMen Coaching. Men have been coming here for years to find solutions to their problems; with relationships, parenting, career, anger, depression, and anxiety. All the things that we as men experience.

I’m Wayne Levine, and I founded BetterMen Coaching to give back to men what I received back in my 30s from an amazing circle of men. I write a bit about my history with the men in my book Hold On to Your N.U.T.s—The Relationship Manual for Men. You can purchase a copy of the book in all its print and audio formats right from my site. It’ll give you a good basic understanding of the work we do to be better men.

So why is BetterMen Coaching so effective? Well, because I’m one of the men. I’ve been there. I’ve felt it. I’ve done an enormous amount of work on myself, and continue to do work, to better understand why I feel the way I feel, why I react the way I react, my childhood wounds, and how to be the man I want to be today, without being stuck in the past, tied to someone else’s expectations, rules, ridicule, absence, anger. You get the idea.

My life experience, my education and training, and over 25 years working with men and couples, give me the tools that I need to help you to make profound changes in your life. So how does this work? Well, first get a copy of the book. It’s a great place to start. Then purchase the BetterMen Evaluation and Coaching Session right from the site. Now once we do some one-on-one coaching together, we’ll begin to build a plan, a roadmap to make you a better man, father, husband, leader. The man you want to be.

Now, for some, change happens very quickly. You’ll leave our first session with a sense of hope, confidence, and clarity that you may not have felt for a long time. Maybe ever. Eventually, you begin to see precisely the actions you can take to make profound changes in your relationships, career, and life.

In order to be the best man you can be, you must be in the company of other good men. Men who are on the same path. Men who are equally committed as you to self-discovery, healing, growth, and understand the vital importance of having trusting relationships with other men. This work will begin with the two of us. But hopefully, eventually, it’ll lead you to a circle of men, where you can get a lifetime of wisdom, support, and camaraderie.

Asking for help is not for the faint at heart. It takes balls. It really does. And most men will not do it. They’ll continue to be miserable. Now as far as I’m concerned, being miserable is not okay. Is it okay for you? Or, are you ready to be a better man? If that’s why you’re here, then let’s get started.
